Her journey has been marked by honest self-reflection, healing, and a willingness to share even the most painful chapters in the hope of helping others break free from their own patterns.Heather brings warmth, wisdom, and realness to the Scott and Heather podcast, blending her personal experiences with insights from ancient wisdom, spiritual study, and wholehearted living. Through candid conversation and courageous openness, she invites listeners into a space where transformation—and unexpectedly, love—become possible. She is currently finishing a poetry book, called On Love about conscious equal partnership.
